Yes. We accept previously posted preprints or publicly shared conference posters as long as they are properly cited.
We accept .docx, .pdf, .tex files (with all associated LaTeX packages), and .pptx or .pdf for posters.
Yes, you can suggest or exclude potential reviewers. However, our editorial team makes final selections to ensure impartiality.
We use a transparent, open peer review model:

Our APCs vary based on article type and author country. Fee waivers are available for eligible authors without funding.
