Author Templates & Reporting Guidelines

Manuscript templates and standardized reporting guidelines help authors maintain clarity, structure, and scientific rigor. They ensure that articles are consistent, peer-review-ready, and meet ethical and transparency standards from the start. We do not require strict formatting at initial submission, but we highly recommend using the following templates and checklists based on article type.

Standardized Reporting Checklists

Authors are expected to consult relevant reporting guidelines as per the EQUATOR Network. Where applicable, a completed checklist must be submitted with your manuscript.

Examples include:

  • CONSORT for randomized trials
  • STROBE for observational studies
  • PRISMA for systematic reviews
  • CARE for case reports
  • SPIRIT for protocols
  • ARRIVE for animal research
  • COREQ / SRQR for qualitative research
